Mann About Time is delighted to offer for sale a spectacular white gold Rolex Day Date Reference 1803 with tropical dial that has turned not salmon, but PINK - a true one of one that I for one have not seen before, added to the remarkable package is the presence of rare cigarette style hands, only used on a handful of Day Date references during the 1960s

Matching President White Gold Bracelet stamped 63, which will fit wrists up to 8" / 20.5 cm

The case has wear typicial of age but does not appear to been intervened or tidied up - no major scratches or dings to remark of - the bracelet too is in originl condition and the clasp closes firmly and with conviction

The dial is the real hero, with homogenous and even tropical patina which has turned the dial to an almost candy pink - lume plots are original and perfectly preserved and match the original lume on the hands

Service history is unknown, the watch is currently running strong with an amplitude of 248 degrees at + 12 seconds per day
